Outdoor Boot Camp Workouts
As the name implies, you'll be doing a heavy-duty, mostly-body-weight workout. It's fast-paced, it's sweaty, and you'll be back home in time for a shower before work. You'll sweat, you may swear, but you will have an immense amount of fun. I promise.
Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 6:30 to 7:00 am for the month of March, you'll receive an extreme workout that's tailored to your body weight and abilities. Come on--it's ONLY 30 minutes.
And you'll smile when you do it.
Serious Metabolic Boost
Your body normally burns calories for 2-4 hours after a good cardio workout. After this workout, you'll burn calories for about 8-10 hours. Yes, it's that good!
Major Fat Burner
The total number of Calories you burn during one session will add up to more fat calories burned than should be legally allowed.
You'll Smile While You Sweat
Yeah, it's boot camp. Yeah, it's hard. But it's also fun. Extreme workouts all by yourself can be tough, but with Russ' training style, and when you're surrounded by others willingly pushing their pain threshholds to the limit...Well, you get the idea.
The pain will be fun. And so totally worth it.
